EbuyUSA offers a 10 day price protection guarantee if our price or an authorized competitor's price drops we will match the price and refund your payment method the cost difference.

The merchant we price match must be listed as an authorized dealer on the manufacturer's website all others are excluded.

 

                               Return Policy 45 day return policy details: (exclusions apply)

1.----All sales are final and not returnable once the original OEM packaging including all plastic Styrofoam and boxing materials are thrown out. Product return must be in new or like new conditions, all accessories must be intact------ We advise retaining all packaging materials.

1A ---Returns for defective merchandise are only returnable within the first 5 days of receipt of your product. Any defect reported after 5 days of receipt is not returnable to our store. All products we carry include 1 year warranty. For TVs a 1 year in home service warranty from the manufacturer is included. EbuyUSA will help facilitate calling the manufacturer with you for any needed repairs .

1B ---PLEASE SAVE ALL PACKAGING AND OEM PACKING MATERIALS: -WE WILL NOT TAKE BACK A TV (EVEN DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE) WITHOUT THE MANUFACTURER'S BOX & SAFETY PACKAGING MATERIALS.

2. Returns are permitted within 45 days from the date of receipt of merchandise. Returned merchandise will be accepted by us only if all conditions A, B, C, D and E below are met. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We are not responsible for any shipping and handling charges of merchandise being returned to us.

A) All returns must include original factory box, original factory packaging (foam, plastic, wrappings, etc.) blank, unfilled warranty cards, all instruction booklets and paperwork. Do not deface original factory cartons or packaging in any manner.UPC codes cannot be removed the box. We will not accept a return if packaging is not in its original condition. 

B) All returned merchandise must be in its original mint and clean condition. Returns on damaged or scratched merchandise will not be accepted. Units that are defective may need to go back to the manufacturer for service directly and not be shipped to our facilities.

C) All returns must include all the factory accessories which come with the item. For example, a TV must be returned with its original battery, charger, cords, straps, etc. No returns will be accepted if any of these packed accessories are missing. 

D) Packages that are refused will be charged for the actual shipping cost both to and from your location unless pre authorized by our customer service department.

E) TVs 55 inches and above  we will issue a refund subtracted our shipping cost we incurred for the shipment inbound to your home from our facility ($200.00) as well as the cost for shipping from your home inbound back to our facility ($200.00) $400.00 total. Lastly a 8% restocking fee will be deducted from refund.

3. Returned merchandise which is lost or damaged in transit is not our responsibility. Please insure your return with your carrier. It is your responsibility to file claims with the carrier upon the discovery of the problem.

4. Once your return is received and inspected for meeting the terms above you should expect to be refunded within 48hrs. You will be refunded to the same method used for the purchase.

Damaged televisions and appliances shipped via freight MUST be refused upon delivery when selecting  ground freight . Once refused, we'll ship you replacement merchandise at no cost to you.  Please review  our shipping options below.

Oversized merchandise (Flat screen TVs over 46", BBQ Grills & Furniture) Shipping Policy.

 

We take every precaution during our shipping preparation process to ensure that your order arrives to you in perfect condition. Each item on your order is scanned for accuracy of model and serial number. We apply large orange fragile sticker labels to notify the carrier that your shipment is fragile and requires special handling.

Standard Delivery ships via freight forwarder. You will receive a shipment notification email once your item(s) ship with a tracking number. Shipping usually take 6-9 business days from when your order gets picked up.

White glove delivery entails the Tv getting shipped with a private trucker. You will receive a shipment notification email once your item(s) ship with a tracking number. A shipping company representative will contact you while the merchandise is in transit to schedule an appointment for delivery. You will be provided with a 4-5 hour delivery time window between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. If you will not be available to accept delivery during those hours, You may reschedule with the truckers on a time and date that they have available. The truckers will bring the television into the home and plug it into the wall to make sure everything powers on and the tv is in perfect condition. This does not include assembly or installation for the tv

FedEx delivery is our fastest and best option available. Delivery takes 1-5 days to get to your home. When we ship large screen televisions via FedEx we double box your television and In addition to the manufacturer's standard foam and corrugated packaging, we also apply a special shock absorption polyethylene material to the outer carton of every TV. This safeguard will disperse energy from impact during transit, and eliminate damage to the product itself. FedEx will bring the television to the front door of your home. Signature is required for any television over 46 inches. When shipping with FedEx you get a longer exchange policy for damaged or cracked units. If you notice any damage to the TV you have 72 hours to notify EbuyUSA from the time you sign for the tv for us to exchange the television for you at no extra cost.
